How can I be of service to you in my role of Confidential Advisor ?
‘I am Nelle Hens and my heart goes out to facilitating dynamic stability. Since 2020, in addition to my work as a dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher, I work as an external confidential adviser and confidential point of contact within the performing arts and the wider arts sector.
In my role as an external confidential adviser, I am there to support you in preventing and dealing with psychosocial risks at work/school. This concerns, among other things, the risk of stress and burnout-related problems, culture shock, conflicts, undesirable transgressive behaviour at work: violence, discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment, ao. within your organisation.
If you are experiencing one of the challenges above or observe a situation that you don’t feel comfortable with, you can contact me for an appointment. This for individual challenges as well as for challenges of a collective nature.
I ‘m here to listen to you in all confidentiality. This means that you can stay anonymous and the content will not be shared to third parties (unless wished). My intention is to listen without judgment and look together into what your needs are and possible ways to meet them.
Furthermore, mediation and facilitation of conversation are possible if desired.’

A consultation has a duration of an hour. Time and place are in agreement.
