How and when should I reserve ?

Reserve your place via this registration form or contact Nelle

Register at least one week in advance. There are a minimum and maximum number of places available in the studio, so if you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 7 days in advance.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation of a reservation for the open lessons and series can be done at least 7 days in advance.

If the minimum number of registrations is not met less than a week before the start, the class will be canceled.

What is the best time to arrive before a lesson starts?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Allow enough time to change clothes and arrive at the studio mentally and physically. Do not forget to switch off your mobile phone before the class starts. It will improve the effectiveness of the class. Also apply the same for the online lessons.

What should I bring to class?

Bring your own yoga mat, seat cushion and blanket. Also yoga belt and / or yoga blocks, if required to support you. Comfortable clothing is recommended. If you are using a deodorant, only use an odorless deodorant and come without perfume.

Can I attend classes on Monday and Wednesday?

You can choose to attend both classes every week. Wednesday and Monday evening lessons allow you to refine the fundamentals of the practice and to pay attention to the nuances of the so-called “simpler” postures. The Monday morning lesson allows you to deepen your knowledge and work in a more subtle and engaged way.

In which language will the lessons take place?

The lessons take place in English and when only Dutch speakers are present, the lesson takes place in Dutch.

What do you need, to build your own home practice?

Vijñāna yoga requires very few accessories. However, there are a few things that might be useful to have:

  • a yoga mat
  • a meditation cushion / bolster – or
  • blankets to fold into a pillow (and to warm you)
  • the Vijñāna Yoga Timer or meditation app
  • the Vijñāna Yoga Practice Manual (beginners or general) (*)
  • a quiet place where you will not be disturbed
