Dear Yogi practitioner or interested,
In May and June 2020, the online classes are going more in depth into the foundations and principles of Yoga. With gratitude to the teaching of my teacher Orit Sen Gupta, who inspires me to understand from inside and pass the knowledge on.
Each week we will build onto the previous class. For this I would like to encourage each practitioner to work weekly with the foundations until you understand them from inside.
To support you all in this, I will share the recording of each class through a link which will be available for one week at the time. Taking part in the class a second time will allow you to focus on certain parts of the class, pause rewind, as suits your needs.
As well as give the opportunity to students that can’t make it at the time of the class itself, to follow the class. Although you can have access to the link afterwards, I highly recommend to follow the live classes when you can. There we can go in direct exchange with each other and I can adapt myself to your individual needs.
The recording will be on me when everyone is muted, so you will not be visible. The personal talks in the beginning or the end will stay private as I can cut those moments out of the recording before sharing it.
In case you would like to receive this weeks first class recording on the foundations, you can let me know and it will be still available to you until Sunday May 24th.
I recommend to come with regularity as you will have more benefit out of the classes. In case you want to join the classes, but can ‘t engage to them each week, you can still join in whenever suits you.
| 1,5 hours | Yoga is traditionally taught from one teacher to one student and is beneficial for meeting the students individual needs.
Inscribe to the class by transferring your payment to my bank account, with the subject ‘ home practice [date or class],[your name]’; and send me an email with your confirmation. After your confirmation, you will receive a link through which you can join the live classes and/or recording of that week.
